jllws Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jllws ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing jllws at jllws.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jllws platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

One account per person. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. jllws will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact jllws support immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification: Identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required before your first withdrawal. jllws may request additional documentation at any time to comply with verification requirements.

All transactions on jllws are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jllws does not apply currency conversion charges on PHP deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and other Philippine bank transfer options listed in the deposit section of your account. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering funding methods on jllws.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This matched-channel policy is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified accounts.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses and promotions on jllws unless otherwise stated:

Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or affected by force majeure, jllws will settle bets according to the applicable sport rules stated in the betting section.

Technical errors: In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet — such as a disconnection during a live casino hand or a platform outage during a slot session — jllws will resolve the situation in accordance with documented game-specific rules. • Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any verification process.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

jllws reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in cases where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the platform's integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance in the account — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach (for example, where jllws discontinues service to a particular region), any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jllws support via live chat. Any pending bets or open positions will be settled before closure is finalised.

jllws provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or server maintenance.
• Internet connection issues on the player's end.
• Delays in third-party payment processing (e.g., GCash or bank transfer processing times).
• Losses arising from in-game decisions made by the player.
• Events outside jllws's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, or infrastructure outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jllws collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the jllws platform experience. jllws does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

jllws reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on their account prior to the changes taking effect.
